I hope this update helps the problem that has been occuring. I changed my rating from 5 to 3 because over the last 3 months I have had a problem of doing transfers! 3 times out of 5 the app freezes while doing a transfer. The only way to close & reopen the app is to go into my phone settings. I have to force close the app then reopen it. Every time this happens the app shows 2 of the exact same transfers instead of only the 1 that was being made. Very, very frustrating & time consuming!!
As of latest update the app crashes upon launch on my galaxy z fold 3.
App does not work. Got a new device and the app won't load up. Very frustrating.
I'd like to see a calculator added into app. I'll never bank anywhere else and app has been a life saver especially when CU is closed.
The mobile is down alot. It seems like it's always unavailable at 12am. This issue needs to be resolved. It's been like that for years.
It used to be a good application. Now the app will not open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, it has not fixed the issue. Had recently got a new device and still experiencing the same problem. Tried to contact the developer e-mail regarding the problem and got an auto reply that no such address exists. Very upset that keeping track of my finances has become more of a hassle than it should be. AFCU is a good institution, but this app is not helping their reputation.
